General Maintenance Technician - interior and exterior painter, but could also perform repairs and maintenance on properties including but not limited to; light plumbing, light electrical, light carpentry and keying locks. Must have previous maintenance experience, provide own vehicle with license and insurance and own tools. M-F 8-5 $12/hr
