Policies

We are always hiring top-notch, reliable employees, and therefore have a strict hiring process. Key Staffing does not provide social services and is not legally required to find candidates employment, therefore all candidates are not hired. Our policy is to consider all applicants for employment based on qualifications and individualized assessement.

Any questions or complaints concerning equal employment opportunity, including harassment of any type, are to be reported immediately to your Premier supervisor. Any question or complaint in this regard will be handled promptly.

All injuries and/or illnesses occuring on the job and/or believed to be caused by the job duties must be reported to your imediate supervisor on the job AND to Key Staffing. Key will arrange proper medical care for you with an authorized medical provider. If a reportable injury occurs, a drug and/or alcohol screening will be automatically required. Failure to provide a negative screening will be grounds for termination. 

Key Staffing is a participant in the E-Verify program with the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security, and will verify the employment eligibility information that is provided.

Key Staffing has a mandatory light duty work program and post accident drug tests for any employee injured while on the job. 

Key Staffing complies with the Family Medical Leave Act of 1933 (FMLA). Employees are eligible if they have worked at least 1,250 hours over the previous 12 months. Eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave in a 12-month period for qualifying reasons.
